One night we went to see Beijing Opera. Their voices and acrobatics were as eccentric and impressive as their costumes. |

One day Kurt took us to a Catholic church in Beijing, They offer masses in English, Chinese and Latin. |

The Cross is
easily visible from the street and is a good reminder of all the mission
work that has been poured into the country over hundreds of years.
