	Dust settles on everything which kind of makes one wonder what the city would look like if it didn't have a brown coating on it.
This is a government chalkboard where certain commands are written for the public to follow over the next set period of time. These aren't found in the big cities but they're still around out in the smaller cities and countryside.
	The government is working hard at keeping the big cities clean however in the smaller towns (2 million or less) there is still a lot of noticeable poverty and filth.
